Can I return or exchange my items?
All items are produced on demand. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a factory defect or embroidery error.
Are sizing charts available for apparel items?
Yes. Sizing charts are available for all items and can be found under each product listing.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production and delivery typically take 2–3 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date for an event, please include the requested in‑hands date in the order notes at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.
